Football - 2024 Nevada Union Jr. Miners - Fall 2024

Our football registration fees are as follows:

• $350 players 6 years old - 7th grade
•  $175 for 8th Grade Players (use coupon code 8THFB)
  

*Pick your Jersey #s if paid in full or on a payment plan & registered by March 15, 2024. All requests after this date are subject to availability. Price includes spirit pack & jersey. Jersey #s are First Come, First Served & not guaranteed. No refunds after July 12, 2024.

In addition to registration costs, TWO $100 deposit checks for parent participation hours will be requested be required. Each family can expect to participate 2 hours during each home game including the possible playoff/championship games. We will collect the deposits at equipment handouts. We will not issue equipment until they are turned in. The TWO deposit checks will be returned at the end of the season if each family's participation requirements are met.  If you fail to sign up/show up to your shift we will cash the first check.  If you fail to sign up/show up again we will cash the second check. 

 **Registration must be PAID IN FULL by specified date before Jamboree for all participants to continue uninterrupted with our program.

Documents that you will be asked to provide-Both forms are available on this site: School Enrollment Form (proof of grade, age, and school attending) Physical Form - Completed AFTER April 1, 2024. Physicals must be completed by a licensed Medical Provider (signed and stamped).
